INDOOR/OUTDOOR SKETCHING GROUP
An opportunity for seniors, who want to explore sketching in an informal group at Nanaimo Family Life Association. All experience levels, styles, and interpretations encouraged A non-instructional facilitator will be available to co-ordinate other suitable places to meet, i.e. Local parks (benches required), shady areas, rest areas, etc. We will spend a few hours recording our observations of these places of interest, and enjoy the surroundings and the company of each other.

An exercise of slowing down, refocusing and letting go,
The more relaxed the more fluid. A way to lose your self in the surrounding and yet still be totally present. A healing grounding process while you learn more about yourself. An exercise of slowing down.
Supplies needed:
White paper, medium and large sizes
Crayons, oil pastels
Heavy cardboard (2 sheets to make a modest portfolio)
Masking tape
Bulldog clips
Space is limited to 12
