Couples

Couples counselling brings couples or partners together for joint counselling sessions.

Working with a counselor, you’ll learn skills to solidify your relationship. These skills might include communicating openly, learning how to negotiate, making agreements, and discussing differences rationally.

Together you will look at the functioning parts of your relationship as well as the parts that are not functioning as you pinpoint and better understand the sources of your conflicts.

At times there is a longer wait list for couples’ counselling.
