Counselling is one way to help cope and overcome many challenges in life.
Our skilled volunteer counsellors complete a rigorous screening process and an intensive training program that prepares them to offer counselling services to those in need.
We provide one-on-one, accessible, and affordable counselling to individuals. Our approach is founded on the belief that each individual has vast resources within themselves that, when tapped into, can deepen self-understanding and insight and lead to growth, healing, and change. Our counselors help facilitate the journey to discover your resiliency and strength.
Counselling services provided in this program are based on a sliding scale. No one is turned away because of an inability to pay.
