Located at 55 Victoria Road in the heart of Nanaimo, BC, the NFLA Hub Temporary Winter Shelter offers a vital service for those in need during the colder months of the year. Open from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM every night, seven days a week, the shelter provides a warm, safe, and supportive environment for individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability.
This shelter is designed to be a crucial resource, offering refuge and immediate relief to those facing the harsh winter weather, ensuring that no one in our community has to endure the cold alone. The shelter operates through the winter season and remains open until March 31, 2025, offering a consistent and reliable space for individuals to find safety during the coldest months of the year.
