If you are a youth who needs someone to talk to we are here to listen.
NFLA is a safe place to talk about anything.
We know that your needs and concerns are much different than those of adults and younger children, and our counsellors are trained to address those differences.
We offer both individual and group counselling to youth aged 13-18.
We also host an eight-week peer-support group, S.A.Y. (Support Among Youth).
Some of the issues we address in youth counselling include: anger management; sexuality and gender; relationships; family concerns; school challenges; bullying; alcohol and drug use; depression; and anxiety.
To access our Youth Counselling, please make an appointment by calling our office at 250 754 3331 (203)
For individuals under 18 please contact coordinator for in house intake appointment
