Located at 201 Machleary Street in Nanaimo, BC, St. Peter’s Winter Shelter offers a critical service to individuals experiencing homelessness or housing instability throughout the colder months. Open every night from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM, the shelter provides a warm, safe, and compassionate environment where those in need can find respite from the harsh winter weather.

Operating through the winter season, the St. Peter’s Winter Shelter is committed to ensuring that no one in the community has to endure the cold alone. This vital service is available until March 31, 2025, offering consistent, reliable shelter and support to individuals during the coldest months of the year.
