Join us for a powerful series of in-person workshops designed to support your personal growth and strengthen your relationships. These sessions provide a safe, welcoming space for you to deepen your self-awareness, build meaningful connections, and gain practical tools for positive change.

In each workshop, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with others in a respectful and supportive environment, where your thoughts and experiences are valued. This is a space for you to explore, learn, and grow, with the guidance of skilled facilitators and the support of a like-minded community.

You can choose to attend any individual workshop that resonates with you or commit to the entire series. Each workshop is $15, and we encourage you to take part in as many as you’d like to fully benefit from the experience. We’re here to empower you on your journey of self-discovery and growth. Spring 2025 Workshops

Feb 12th: Effective Communication: It can often be a struggle to communicate effectively. This workshop will help you develop the skills to convey your ideas in a clear way, and also understand what others are sharing with you.

Feb 19th: Personal Boundaries/Assertiveness: Boundaries bring order to our lives and teach people how we want to be treated. A person using assertiveness skills is better able to manage and minimize their anxieties in stressful situations.

 

Feb 26th: Conflict Resolution: Conflict is a natural part of communication and can lead to growth when handled well. This workshop offers constructive strategies for managing conflicts effectively and building stronger connections.

Mar 5th: Healthy Self-Esteem & Self-Exploration: Self-esteem relates to having a positive sense of your inherent worth as a person. Healthy self-esteem is made up of learned feelings and encapsulates self-confidence, self-respect, and self-worth. It affects everything you do.

Mar 12th: Exploring Anger: Anger is what happens when we perceive an event as threatening or when we experience frustration over unmet needs. It is usually preceded by feelings of fear, loss, hurt, or sadness.

Mar 19th: Exploring Stress: While stress is a natural and normal part of life, unmanaged stress can affect us physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. This workshop offers practical strategies to identify and manage stressors, as well as teaching relaxation techniques.

Mar 26th: Exploring Grief & Loss: In this workshop, we explore the common causes and symptoms of grief, harmful myths and clichés, stages of grief, needs of mourning, ways of coping, and exercises for grief work.

Apr 2nd: Exploring Anxiety & Depression: In this workshop, we compassionately explore the nuances of depression and anxiety, helping participants understand their unique experiences. Together, we will share supportive strategies for managing these feelings, fostering a sense of connection and understanding.

Apr 9th: Creating Personal Change: This workshop covers positive aspects of creating change, self-defeating thoughts and language, knowing what is in our control, discovering our passions, and keys to successful goal setting.
