Support Among Youth (S.A.Y.)

SAY(Support Among Youth) is a peer support group, overseen by a Coordinator and facilitator, for youth who are experiencing mental health issues. Developmentally, youth need groups, and peer groups are essential to their development. Our peer group meets weekly and focuses on issues that are contemporary to youth while also providing a psycho-educational focus, giving information regarding ways and means to ensure mental wellness.

The format is ongoing, once/week, open group for youth.

SAY starts back up January 19th, 2022.

We meet every Wednesday evening, from 6:00-8:00 pm.
Drop-ins are welcome and snacks will be provided.
